What a great 2 days. I have been in this business for 28 years and I strive to learn something new each day that I can take to my customers and talk to them about. Thank you very much for the fun and informative summit. I had a great time, learned a lot and will proudly share my experiences with our chefs. It was great to see how the "stewards of the land" are caring for the earth and harvesting a great product. I think too often we take for granted how our food comes to us, and we also don't realize how much work goes into what we eat. I now realize how specialized the work is that Markon does to get the best for their customers.
