Potato sheds will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 5.

• Suppliers will not produce orders over the weekend or on Labor Day
• Production will not resume until Tuesday, September 6
• On Tuesday, sheds will start the week with minimal inventory
• Loading delays will occur Tuesday, September 6 and Wednesday, September 7
• As potato supply challenges already persist, the shortened week will further limit the supply pipeline
