Gulf Coast Division Chef/Produce Specialist, Ben E. Keith
Chef Gary Hill has been in the culinary industry for over 30 years. His work history includes country clubs, hotels, and fine dining restaurants in the Houston, Texas region. He specialized in banquets, weddings, corporate events, and catering of all kinds. Chef Gary joined Ben E. Keith in 1998 as a District Sales Representative, then transitioned to a Produce Specialist. He currently serves as a Division Chef of the Gulf Coast Division.
Chef Gary’s strengths consist of menu development, food costing, product safety, and market trends. He has a passion for food and loves sharing his knowledge with the sales force as well as Ben E. Keith customers.
