"I grew up in the Chicago suburbs and have spent most of my life in and around Chicago. Although I love the city, I have always been drawn to ranching and farming. Over the years, this attraction to agriculture has been strengthened as I have met so many hard-working growers. Produce evokes emotions and is very personal for many people. Chefs are passionate about serving the best produce they can. Growers are passionate about growing the best produce they can. I am privileged to be able to build relationships that bridge the gap between growers and chefs which makes this job a true blessing."
