After many years of working on the retail side of the produce industry and some time marketing almonds, Henry Dill made the move to foodservice, joining Markon in the spring of 2019. He started as a purchasing coordinator, moved up to Product Manager, and is currently our Co-Director of Purchasing. He oversees all fruit, onions, potatoes, juices, and value-added items. Outside of work, Henry is an avid rugby player, enjoys working out, and is active in his church. Most of his free time is spent with his wife and two children, as well as his large extended family.
I am inspired by the daily challenges that the produce industry presents. I love that no two days are ever the same and the idea that you have to be able to come up with creative solutions at the drop of a hat.
