Good quality tamarind pods should be whole with few cracks. Avoid crumbled product.

Storage Handling:

21 to 28 days.

Cracked or crumbled pods are symptoms of rough handling or low humidity; maintain 85-95% humidity during storage.

Usage Ideas:
