Basil, Peach, and Mozzarella Salad

Sweet and salty, this fruit and cheese salad balances a unique blend of flavors your customers will crave.


4 peaches, sliced (with 1/4 cup diced in reserve)

1/2 cup basil

2 cups mini Mozzarella balls, seasoned with Italian spices

Salt and pepper to taste


Toss all ingredients together and dived equally among four serving bowls. Top with reserved diced peaches and serve.
