Green Bean and Blood Orange Salad

Bright colors and flavors come together in this green bean, blood orange, and watercress salad.


1 lb. green, purple, and yellow wax beans, trimmed and slightly blanched

8 oz. watercress

1 blood orange, sliced and chopped

1 Markon First Crop Orange, sliced and chopped


Toss all ingredients together. Divide into equal portions on four serving plates. Serve with house-made dressing.
