Green Leaf, Cherry Tomato, and Beet Salad

The simple, yet delicious flavors of roasted beets and cherry tomatoes complement the crunchiness of green leaf lettuce.


8 oz. Markon First Crop Green Leaf Lettuce, rinsed and chopped

1 cup Markon First Crop Cherry Tomatoes, halved

4 baby beets, roasted, peeled, and quartered

Salt and pepper, to taste


Arrange equal portions of lettuce in four serving bowls. Top with cherry tomatoes and beets. Serve with house-made dressing.
