Mixed berry supplies continue to tighten as growers transition into fall growing regions. Firm prices are expected through September.

Blueberries

• Production in the Pacific Northwest growing region is wrapping up
• Stocks are extremely tight; prices are rising
• Supplies will increase in mid- to late September when production ramps up in Peru and Baja, Mexico

Raspberries

• California is currently the main growing region
• Supplies are diminishing; markets are climbing
• Mexico will become the main growing region in late September; supplies will increase

Blackberries

• California is currently the main growing region
• Supplies will steadily decline into early October; pricing will strengthen
• Mexico will become the main growing region in early October; stocks will increase as the Mexican season ramps up
