Onion suppliers in Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington will reduce operations next week around the Thanksgiving holiday.

• All onions suppliers will be closed on Thanksgiving, November 24
• Many suppliers will run abbreviated packing schedules on Wednesday, November 23 and Friday, November 25
• Carriers are advised to call packing sheds in advance for product availability
